  • Cheese & Marmite Scrolls – A bold, savory delight with the umami richness of Marmite and the comforting creaminess of cheese, all wrapped in our beautifully laminated dough.

  • "Not" Cross Buns – Our take on the traditional hot cross bun—but without the cross! Spiced, slightly sweet, and studded with dried fruit, they’re perfect for any time of year.

  • Cinnamon Rolls – Soft, swirled, and generously spiced with cinnamon, finished with just the right amount of sweet glaze for a comforting, aromatic treat.

If we have any extra dough, we don’t let it go to waste—we turn it into a croissant loaf! With all the buttery layers of a croissant but in loaf form, it’s perfect for slicing, toasting, or simply tearing apart and enjoying as is.
